At Annex Hair Design, the COVID-19 pandemic taught us more than just how to adapt — it taught us the importance of protecting each other, especially our most vulnerable.

Many of our clients are undergoing medical treatments such as chemotherapy, or live with compromised immune systems. Out of respect and care for them, we’ve chosen to keep many of the health and safety protocols that were once considered temporary. For us, this isn’t about fear — it’s about compassion, professionalism, and responsibility.

We continue to take the following steps between every client — not because we have to, but because it’s the right thing to do:

Thorough deep cleaning of tools, chairs, and work surfaces after every appointment
Spaced-out bookings to avoid overlap and reduce contact between clients
Masks worn upon arrival and worn throughout your visit.
No walk-ins — all appointments are scheduled to maintain safety and privacy
Sanitizer always available and used consistently by staff and clients
Respectful, judgment-free zone for anyone wishing to take additional precautions
